Nenagh library features large bay windows and an entrance portico. The interior was designed with the aim of spatial variety with flat ceilings at low and high levels linked by sloping ceilings and a vaulted ceiling leading to the issue desk. The exhibition area can be partitioned off from the library for use out of hours.
Accessible parking is available at the front of the library building.
