The library is located on the 1st and 2nd floors of the three-storey Mallow Plaza building. The lending library is located on the ground floor; the reference/study area, exhibition space and activity area are located on the 1st floor. The activity area has a sliding partition which opens up onto the exhibition area. The large shop front window allows visibility into ground floor area from all sides.
